This is an intermediate course designed for students with computer networks background who would like to study fundamental discipline as well as state-of-the-art literature on multi-hop wireless networking. The goal is to provide students with a broad perspective on the active research areas in wireless ad hoc networks, and in the process to lead them toward exploring their research experiences. As a research-oriented course, it focuses on in-class lectures and discussions, as well as hands-on assignments and projects using network simulation tools.
